Recently I have been pushing myself to try some new things and since am a huge fun of baking, I thought it was a perfect other hobby. The thought of starting with just ingredients and within a few minutes or hours you have a finished by product of a delicious cake. I love being creative and baking becomes the mini canvas where i get to polish up more of my skills in the kitchen. I love baking brownies, carrot cake, thick milk, chocolate cake 1 , mazarin cake and gateau marcel chocolate cake 2. This week I got to bake a cake for one of my friends, chocolate cake it was with a butter cream topping. baking takes less time than painting and the concept of both that someone has to be creative makes it more fun. this is what my two cakes looked like, the question is who will ordering a cake next .
